In the photo above, wearing the Picuris in Ocean color, Laurent Perruchon – “Lollo” to his friends – a well-known mountaineer from Valle d'Aosta, presented on Wednesday, May 26, 2021, at the Brisval showroom near Valchiavenna, his spectacular mountaineering project “20 Mountains, 20 Regions, 20 Days”. Redelk will accompany Lollo during his feat.
A truly ambitious project conceived by Laurent Perruchon: Lollo will attempt to reach the highest peak of each Italian region in twenty days. He will have a car for transportation and a mountain bike to reach some of the twenty peaks. During the journey, Lollo will also have the good fortune to meet old friends for logistical and mountaineering support on site.
“When Lollo came to visit us at the company and presented his project, I was thrilled: his philosophy perfectly matches what Redelk is and represents; we are a young Italian brand aimed at hikers, mountain lovers, and nature enthusiasts,” says Luca Colombo, CEO of Redelk Outdoor.
For this reason, Redelk will outfit Lollo during his feat: “We chose together the most suitable products for his 20 stages; undoubtedly, the choice fell on garments with quick-drying properties. Additionally, for the peaks with colder temperatures, we opted for warm clothing made of specialized technical materials, but always highly breathable. The selection also included colors to give energy,” states Ilaria Plati, Marketing Manager of Redelk Outdoor.

The start date is yet to be defined as it will depend on weather conditions, but approximately between mid-June and early July 2021, the journey will start from Liguria and then proceed in order to Mont Blanc 4810m (Aosta Valley), Punta Dufour 4634m (Piedmont); then Piz Bernina 4049m (Lombardy), Ortles (Ortler) 3905m (Trentino – South Tyrol) and Marmolada 3343m (Veneto); these first peaks, of particular international mountaineering importance, will be crucial for the project schedule.
