Following the receipt of the withdrawal notice, the seller’s customer care shall promptly provide to the customer the instruction on the return procedure of the goods. For further details, please read Terms&Conditions of Sale.<\/span><\/p>\nFor returning the goods, the customer is entitled to employ, at his own discretion, either the courier of the seller or the courier\/postal service he\/she will select.<\/span>
\n<\/span>In case the customer uses the seller\u2019s forwarder, the return cost is \u20ac 9,00 for Italy and \u20ac 18,00 for Europe. This expense will be deducted from the refunded amount.<\/span><\/p>\nIn case of return with no change of product, model or size, the transportation costs won\u2019t be on Redelk<\/strong><\/p>\n
\n<\/strong>In case the customer organizes the return shipment on his\/her own, we advise to employ a service which offers also the tracking of the goods in order to check the correct delivery of the returned goods to our warehouse. The seller shall not be in any way held liable for any damage or theft\/loss of any good returned using not insured means; under these circumstances, no refund will be issued.<\/span><\/p>\nThe item shall be returned intact and properly packed in its original packaging together with any accessory.<\/span><\/p>\nThe seller, following his check on the received product and having approved the return, shall refund the price of the product for which the customer has exercised his withdrawal right (the shipping costs incurred by the customer upon submission of the order will be refunded), and all the above within the maximum term of 14 (fourteen) days from the date which the seller received the returned goods in the warehouse, employing the same payment mean used for the initial transaction, unless otherwise agreed upon by the customer.<\/span><\/p>\n <\/p>\n
Any size exchange request shall be addressed to the customer service as soon as possible, within 14 working days from the reception of the purchased Product by the same means of a return request.
