SHIPPING AND DELIVERY<\/h1>\n

Your Redelk products will be delivered by means of specifically appointed courier (BRT or GLS) at the address stated at the checkout and indicated in the order confirmation email. Please include a mobile number so that the courier is able to contact you for the delivery.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

In Italy, the delivery is performed within 5\/7 working days from the date of confirmation of the order. In Europe it will take 8\/10 days.<\/span><\/p>\n

Shipping costs, unless differently specified, shall be added to the total amount of the order and shall be detailed during the checkout procedure, prior to the finalization of the purchase process.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Delivery is free of charge for orders above \u20ac 100. For purchases below \u20ac 100, delivery costs are the following: \u20ac 9 for Italy, \u20ac 18 for Europe.<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n

You may check the status of his delivery directly on the site of the courier, thanks to the tracking number which will be supplied by e-mail with the notice of shipment. We spend a lot of care in packaging our products and we make sure that products that leave our warehouse are in perfect conditions.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

In the case where, upon delivery, the package appears to be damaged on the outside or broken, please include the following statement in the delivery confirmation document, together with your signature and the courier’s signature: \u201cI accept the package\/s reserving the right of further checks because it is damaged\u201d. If the forwarder does not accept your note of reserve for further checks, please reject the delivery.<\/span><\/p>\n
